Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

Digital Product Sales Are Final

All sales of digital products (such as design templates, digital downloads, online resources, etc.) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the products being intangible and instantly accessible. 

No Returns

Because digital products are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns. Once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the purchase is considered complete and non-reversible.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product.

• The product is corrupted used due to technical issues on our side.

• The description of the product was misleading or significantly different from what was delivered.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please email us at support@courtland-dsn.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

• Your order number

• A clear explanation of the issue

• Any supporting screenshots or error messages

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
